Shipping

Exhibitors are permitted to use any shipping supplier. Lange Transportation & Storage Ltd. is the official transportation and shipping provide for Grocery & Specialty Food West

Lange is an option to ship your freight to and from the show.

Complete the Lange Transportation Order Form and send it to sales@langeshow.com for an estimate of how much the service will cost.

Exhibitors must ensure the shipment is delivered during the specified move-in time.
For the Move-in Schedule, please see Section 4: Move-in & Move-out.

After the shipment has been accepted, Lange will transport your shipment to your booth.

Note: This does not include material handling for cold storage goods.
Note: Material requiring a forklift with a load greater than 4000 lbs. may be subject to a surcharge by Lange. For more information, please contact sales@langeshow.com.

The Advance Warehouse form is for Exhibitors who would like to use a different carrier to bring freight to the VCC. The courier/carrier will bring the shipment to Lange, where the freight will be stored by Lange and delivered to the VCC for move-in. Lange accepts freight up to 30 days prior to show. For more information, please contact sales@langeshow.com.

If the loading dock is not required for move-in or move-out, hand carrying in booth materials is an option. Exhibitors may bring in HAND CARRY items AFTER your specified move-in time. Exhibitors are NOT permitted to arrive BEFORE the designated move-in time. Please see Section 4 for Move-in & Move-out information.

ConsultExpo is the official customs brokerage for Grocery & Specialty Food West. ConsultExpo assists you with you customs clearance needs.

Included with their services you will have access to:

1. On-site presence during move-in and move-out by a ConsultExpo representative.
2. Simple and user-friendly assistance with customs document completion.
3. One-way or round-trip customs clearance services.
